As a Product Manager (m/f/d) at Solutioneers AG, you will make a significant contribution to the development of innovative AI solutions such as AnyBot and AnyGuard. In this role, you will shape the product strategy, work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure that our products meet market requirements and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Your tasks:
Product strategy: You develop and implement innovative product strategies based on the company’s objectives and the needs of the market and our customers.
Market research: You carry out detailed market analyses and competitor observations in order to recognize relevant trends at an early stage and generate new product ideas.
Product development: You will work closely with our development and design teams to turn concepts into market-ready products that create added value.
Requirements management: You collect and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market analyses in order to optimally align the development of our solutions.
Product lifecycle management: You monitor the entire lifecycle of our products – from the initial idea to market launch and further development – and ensure that all phases are managed efficiently.
Stakeholder communication: You coordinate closely with the sales, marketing and support departments to ensure a consistent product vision and strategy and to strengthen market positioning.
What you bring with you:
Experience: Several years of experience in product management, ideally in the development and marketing of AI or software products.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of technology products, especially in the areas of artificial intelligence, automation and software development.
Analytical skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-based decisions to optimize product development processes.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, both oral and written, are essential.
Knowledge of Italian and/or French is an advantage.
Team player: You are a team player with the ability to motivate and successfully coordinate cross-functional teams.
