As an RPA specialist (m/f/d) at Solutioneers AG, you will make a significant contribution to optimizing our business processes through the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. Your focus will be on implementing efficient, automated workflows with Microsoft Power Automate. You will work closely with various departments and drive digital transformation to automate repetitive tasks and increase productivity.
Your tasks:
Process analysis and design: You will analyze existing business processes, identify automation potential and develop customized RPA solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.
Development and implementation: You will use Microsoft Power Automate to develop and implement automated workflows and ensure that the solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing systems.
Collaboration with stakeholders: You will work closely with business departments to understand their requirements and deliver targeted automation solutions.
Optimization and maintenance: You will monitor existing RPA processes, continuously optimize them and adapt them to changing business requirements.
What you bring with you:
Experience: Proven experience in process automation with RPA tools, especially Microsoft Power Automate; experience with other automation platforms is an advantage.
Technical knowledge: Sound understanding of RPA technologies, automation concepts and process design.
Analytical skills: Strong skills in analyzing business processes and developing efficient automation solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in German and English to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
Knowledge of Italian and/or French is an advantage.
Certifications: Microsoft Power Automate certification is desirable, but not a requirement.
