As Conversational Designer (m/f/d) – Chatbots & AI Solutions at Solutioneers AG, you will design and develop user-friendly and intuitive conversational flows for our AnyBot. In close cooperation with customers and internal teams, you will design customized solutions that are optimally tailored to the needs of our customers and offer an outstanding user experience.
Your tasks:
Development of chatbot flows: You will design and implement effective, user-centric conversation flows that optimize the user experience and simplify interaction with the chatbot.
Collaboration with customers: You will work closely with our customers to capture their requirements and customize and personalize the chatbot solutions accordingly.
Optimization: You will continuously analyze the existing chatbot dialogs based on usage data and feedback and optimize the dialogs to increase performance and user satisfaction.
Integration: You will cooperate with developers and engineers to ensure that the chatbot is seamlessly integrated into existing systems and workflows.
What you bring with you:
Experience: Practical experience in the design and development of chatbot flows or comparable projects in the field of conversation design.
Knowledge: Familiarity with common chatbot design tools as well as basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is an advantage.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, to clearly convey complex requirements.
Knowledge of Italian and/or French is an advantage.
Creativity: Strong ability to develop creative and efficient solutions for complex conversation scenarios and to design them in a user-friendly way.
