As an International Sales Executive (m/f/d) at Solutioneers AG, you will play a key role in the global expansion of our market-leading AI solutions, including AnyBot and AnyGuard. You will be responsible for acquiring new business customers and building long-term international partnerships. With your expertise, you will make a significant contribution to increasing sales and positioning our company as a leading provider of AI technologies in global markets.

Your tasks:
International customer acquisition: You will identify and acquire new business customers in international markets and develop customized sales strategies to maximize global business opportunities.
Global customer support: You maintain and expand existing customer relationships worldwide through regular contact and personal support to ensure long-term partnerships.
Product presentation: You will give convincing presentations and product demonstrations of our innovative AI solutions to international customers – both on site and virtually.
Preparation of offers: You will prepare individual offers and conduct contract negotiations with international customers in order to establish long-term, successful business relationships.
Market observation: You will analyze global market trends and competitive activities and identify new business opportunities for our AI solutions.
Target achievement: You are responsible for achieving international sales targets and report regularly to the sales management.

What you bring with you:
Experience: Several years of professional experience in international sales, ideally in the field of software, IT solutions or technology.
Sales expertise: Proven success in international customer acquisition and in establishing and maintaining global business partnerships.
Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English, both written and verbal; knowledge of other languages such as French, Spanish or Italian is an advantage.
Intercultural competence: High sensitivity and understanding of cultural differences and the ability to operate successfully in a multicultural environment.
Willingness to travel: High willingness to regularly travel internationally to acquire and support customers.
Technical understanding: Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and IT technologies is an advantage, but not essential – we will be happy to train you.
