As a customer service employee (m/f/d) at Solutioneers AG, you are the voice of our company and support our customers in the application of state-of-the-art AI solutions, such as AnyBot and AnyGuard. Your task is to ensure sustainable customer satisfaction through first-class support and competent advice and to actively help shape the digital future of our customers.
Your tasks:
Customer support: You answer customer inquiries by phone, email or chat and provide precise information about our innovative AI solutions and services.
Problem solving: You work closely with the technical teams to quickly identify and solve technical challenges.
Feedback management: You collect valuable customer feedback and pass it on to the relevant departments to continuously improve our products and services.
Documentation: You record customer information and inquiries in our CRM system in a detailed and efficient manner.
Support for the sales team: In cooperation with the sales team, you will ensure that customer concerns are processed quickly and contribute to increasing customer satisfaction.
What you bring with you:
Experience: Ideally first experience in customer service or in a similar position, but career changers with a quick grasp are also welcome.
Strong communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
Knowledge of French and Italian an advantage.
Customer orientation: Strong service orientation and enjoy inspiring customers with solution-oriented advice.
Problem-solving skills: quick thinking and the ability to handle technical queries efficiently.
Technical understanding: Interest and basic knowledge of technology and AI solutions are an advantage, but not a requirement – we will be happy to train you.
