As a project manager (m/f/d) at Solutioneers AG, you will play a key role in the planning, management and successful implementation of our IT projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget and to the full satisfaction of our stakeholders.
Your tasks:
Project planning: You develop detailed project plans that define clear objectives, timelines, resource requirements and budgets to ensure a smooth process.
Coordination: You manage the project activities and coordinate the work of the project teams to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Risk management: You identify potential project risks at an early stage and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
Communication: You ensure regular, transparent reporting to all stakeholders and guarantee open communication within the project teams.
Quality assurance: You monitor the quality of the project results and ensure that they meet the defined requirements and standards.
Budget control: You always keep an eye on costs and ensure that the project stays within the set budget without compromising on quality.
What you bring with you:
Experience: Several years of experience in the management and coordination of IT projects, ideally in the area of software or technology projects.
Knowledge: Sound knowledge of project management, preferably with a certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or comparable.
Organizational skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in parallel.
Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills in German and English, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of Italian and/or French is an advantage.
Problem solving skills: Proactively identify challenges and develop creative, effective solutions to ensure project success.
