As Operations Manager (m/f/d) at Solutioneers AG, you will play a key role in the management and coordination of our operational activities. You will ensure that our existing products and projects are implemented smoothly and successfully. With your focus on efficiency, quality and continuous optimization, you will actively shape the future of our innovative AI solutions.
Your tasks:
Project management: You will manage and coordinate the implementation of our projects to ensure that they are completed on time, on budget and with the highest quality.
Product management: You manage the entire life cycle of our existing solutions, from updates to continuous improvements, in order to maximize the added value for our customers.
Process optimization: You continuously identify optimization potential in our processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Resource management: You ensure optimal planning and utilization of resources in order to achieve project and product goals efficiently.
Team coordination: You will work with different teams and departments across divisions to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that we achieve our corporate goals.
Reporting: You prepare regular status reports on projects and products and present the results and progress to the management.
What you bring with you:
Experience: Several years of experience in operational management, ideally in the IT or technology industry, with proven success in project and product implementation.
Project and product knowledge: Sound knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and experience in product management is a must.
Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational skills to coordinate activities and resources efficiently.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in German and English, both oral and written, are essential.
Knowledge of Italian and/or French is an advantage.
Problem-solving skills: Proactive and creative problem-solving approaches to identify challenges early and find innovative solutions.
